![]() I used Framme as one of my primary healers until I got Hortensia. ![]() That's all 14 primary units I have in the end game. The reason why is that their build growth is terrible (5%) so they need some time in a high-build class otherwise they'll have to wield weaker weapons. Rosado (Axe/Lance > Axe (S-rank)/Staff): Oddly my weakest unit despite having extremely high stat growth. The higher mobility is nice I made Alcryst the damage dealer and Fogado the supporter/debuffer since in my game his strength is lower. Benefits from any of the utility Emblems.įogado (Bow/Sword): Promote to advanced class. Her magic growth is terrible so don't try to make her an attacker although she is good for chip damage. Ivy is a weaker Anna and Hortensia is primarily a healer/supporter. Ivy and Hortensia (Tome/Staff): Promote to exclusive advanced class. Solid balanced growths and mine ended up with surprisingly high defense, so he sometimes serves as an offtank. Benefits from an avoid build.Īlfred (Lance/Sword): Promote to advanced class. Like Kagetsu some of the highest stat growth in the game, but watch her defense and strength growth build might also become an issue. Also the only person who can get an S-rank (swords) and another primary weapon (Axe).Ĭhloe (Lance/Axe or Lance/Staff): Made her a Wyvern Knight > Griffin Knight once I got the S-rank lance. His one weakness is low defense growth so some time spent as General/Wyvern/Great Knight pays off. You can also give them magic weapons due to their decent magic growth to deal with armor units, which is the one unit type they usually can't damage.ĭiamant (Sword/Axe): Promote to his exclusive advanced class. Merrin: (Dagger/Sword) Keep as Wolf Knight. Improve her avoid and she'll never get hit. I prefer her mobility, but either class works fine. Strong case to keep her as a Thief to take advantage of her Covert status (2x terrain benefits). I gave her an axe due to her high speed/dex, which improves her accuracy and ability to use higher-weight weapons. ![]() Yunaka: (Dagger/Axe) Reclass into S/L/A Cavalier > Wolf Knight. Best bow user, especially with his personal skill Luna. I wasn't sure what to do with him, but making him a Great Knight worked so well and now he never gets damaged and can destroy most foes in one hit.Īlcryst: (Bow) Advance to his exclusive class. Some of the best stat growth in the game. Kagetsu: (Sword/Lance) Similar progression as Boucheron. Also the highest build growth (20%) in the game. His naturally high speed and dex growth offset the weaknesses of the armor class. Highly recommend some people spend a few levels in this class to improve their defense. She makes a poor Magic Knight due to her low strength growth.īoucheron: (Axe/Lance) Reclass into S/L/A Armor > Great Knight. That said, he has balanced growths and can pretty much do anything outside of magic.Īnna (Tome/Staff) : Reclass into a Mage and then Sage. There is a balance across all weapon types outside of fists, which I rarely used.Īlear: (Sword/Fist) Divine Child > Divine Dragon. ![]() I'm sure there will be better builds and teams in the future, but I was able to annihilate everything with this team. I beat the game on Hard/Classic and spent at least 2 hours number-crunching the data dump.

After all, it would’ve been a pitty to see that cowl hood being there just for the show.I am selling my custom 1966 El Camino, hat has been modified to be one of the coolest cars/trucks ever. The motivation comes from a 454 Big Block borrowed from a 1971 Chevelle (not this 1972 Mad Max-like lifted diesel Chevelle), which is mated to a GM TG350 three-speed automatic. Gone is the A-Body RWD platform, with this being replaced by a 1977 Chevy four-wheel-drive chassis. As such, this is a 1970 body with a 1969 front end and… a different chassis. Well, the Chevrolet El Camino 4×4 might have you confused, as this is a bit of a Franken-build. ![]() Sharing its platform with the Chevelle, it doubled down on its predecessor’s Big Block muscle by introducing multiple such motors, while making full use of the time’s Coke bottle styling. ![]() This was brought to the world between 1968-1972, smack dab in the middle of the muscle car era. So while the utility coupe was built in five generations, between 87, most enthusiasts prefer the Gen III. Things get quite specific in El Camino circles. So, how about one of the most outlandish examples we’ve seen to date? Enter the El Camino 4×4, a Chevy build that can tackle car meets and trails alike. And none is more famous than the Chevrolet El Camino, which was also the most enduring machine of the sort. Of course, as electrification takes over, some of these trucks, many of which were bona fide muscle offerings back in the day, have become cult vehicles. Despite the present era seeing car-like crossovers becoming the norm, car-based pickups have remained a thing of the past. ![]() The mobile app also allows guests to view the schedules of all events, activities and restaurants at the resort, plus to learn about local destinations, excursions, and much more Unlimited-Luxury(R) for reconnecting every generation It's all wristband-free! The two read a Seinfeld dialogue, with the mics facing toward the “interviewee,” or main speaker, to mimic an interview. For the coffee shop scene, she headed to a crowded Starbucks and sat near the bar with her mom. For the lecture scene, Anna sat in the back of Sahithya Reddivari’s engineering class at Georgia State University in Clarkston, Georgia, and lined recorders up next to each other, with the mics facing toward the lecturer. That meant 192 Kbps for all recorders except for the Olympus, which maxes out at 128 Kbps (though even this should be good enough for voice recordings). Wirecutter writer Anna Perling recorded MP3 audio at the highest bit rates available on each device in order to get the best possible audio quality-this showed what each recorder was capable of. Extra features: We looked for recorders with presets that adjust mic sensitivity and equalization to optimize for specific recording situations (these are sometimes called “scene select”) and background noise cancellation.Format flexibility: We preferred the capability to record audio in a number of file formats and at various bit rates or sample rates to optimize for storage space or sound quality.Easy file transfer: For moving files between the recorder and either a Mac or Windows computer via USB.A microSD card slot: This allows for memory expansion beyond the 4 GB minimum. At least 4 GB of internal memory: This amount allows for about 40 hours of recording time, depending on the chosen audio format.A simple-to-navigate file system: This should include self-explanatory buttons, shortcut buttons, and a convenient back button. An easy-to-read display: We preferred larger, uncluttered screens, and if possible, a backlight to make the screen readable in low-light or dark settings.Good recording quality: While audio doesn’t need to be podcast quality, recordings should be intelligible and free from hiss, rumbles, echoes, or the excessive background noise that plagues poorer-quality recordings. The UX560 is also the slimmest recorder we tested-at 0.43 inch thick it can easily fit in a shirt or pants pocket. Like many of the other recorders we looked at, it comes with an adequate amount of onboard storage (4 GB) but accepts microSD cards, so you can record and store hundreds of hours of recorded audio should you need it. It also offers a better collection of features than the other models we tested, with an easy-to-navigate menu system, a bright backlit screen, 39 hours of recording time (in MP3 format), 27-hour battery life, voice-activated recording to pause and restart after silences, and a pop-out USB 3.0 connector that lets you recharge the recorder and transfer files to a computer easily. It produces clear, understandable audio in classroom, quiet office, and noisy coffee shop settings. In a new round of testing in mid-2017, the UX560 received the highest overall ratings from our panel of test listeners. The UX560 is similar to our previous, now-discontinued pick, also from Sony. Please consider purchasing a copy today, if not for yourself, then as a way to support Swinsian's continued development and ensure I never have to launch Apple Music ever again.Besides, even though Finder does a pretty good job of managing the iPhone, Apple’s versatile file manager still lacks quite a few essential features like the option to let users restore data selectively. If like me you value your music collection and want a way to access it beyond the limited confines of your MacBook SSD, then Swinsian is for you. As of today Swinsian is an Intel app and requires Rosetta 2 to run on Apple Silicon Macs.ĭespite its setbacks I still consider Swinsian a Mac-Assed Mac app due to a thoughtful feature set and adherence to Apple human interface guidelines. The latest Mac OS features like Dark Mode are not yet implemented. Swinsian isn't perfect, and development has slowed in recent years. Finally your library statistics including your favorite artists, tracks, genres, and albums sorted my play count are all available from a glance using Swinsian. Swinsian makes finding duplicates easy by giving you control on how closely to match a track's title, artist, album, duration, and file size. Album art can be embedded or stored as an accompanying folder/cover image file. For albums ripped with cue sheets, Swinsian will attempt to update the cue file. ![]() Tags can be edited on music stored locally or in a remote Watched Folder. Swinsian makes managing your music's metadata easy with helpful tools like an always visible Tack Inspector, and multitrack Find and Replace with Regex support. I don't want Apple Music changing my music's metadata automatically without my consent. One of the reasons I own all of my music and store it locally, is that I am very particular about the metadata I associate with it. If your music collection is too large to fit on a single volume but you want to manage it all from one library, there is no better remedy than Swinsian's Watched Folders. Import new songs and playlists from Apple Music each time Swinsian is opened.Watch a Dropbox folder you share with your family, and Swinsian will copy/move new tracks into your library automatically as songs are added or modified.Keep half your music on your computer and the other half on external USB storage and access it from the same Swinsian library.Store your music collection on a local server and access the songs as if they were saved in your local Swinsian library. With Watched folders, you get to choose which songs get automatically copied to your Swinsian Library, and which songs play from their watched location. A Watched folder can be any directory on your computer, removable storage, or local network share. Swinsian's Watched folders allow you to manage music stored outside of your Swinsian library. It even plays back FLAC albums ripped as a single file with an accompanying cue file. Swinsian supports FLAC metadata tagging, album art, and fast seeking. "Digital audio compressed by FLAC's algorithm can typically be reduced to between 50 and 70 percent of its original size and decompresses to an identical copy of the original audio data." FLAC is free software, with royalty-free licensing that is best used for making archival copies of your CD music collection. Unlike Apple Music/iTunes Swinsian plays FLAC. In addition to being a great iTunes replacement, Swinsian has some powerful features for managing a large music library. In short Swinsian is everything you expect from "Classic iTunes" running on a modern Mac. ![]() Swinsian even syncs your music with classic iPods, and streams my music over AirPlay. There is a 31 band Graphic Equalizer, and real-time search. You can edit tags on multiple tracks at once. With Swinsian you can make smart playlists. It displays songs in customizable columns with a browser just like iTunes did before it became a music store, video player, iOS app organizer, social network, and streaming service. Swinsian 1 is a native music jukebox app for the Mac. ![]() Finally, the infotainment system is user-friendly and intuitive. Seating is comfortable but not class leading. Its crisp handling makes it a perfect daily driver around town, though it can struggle at higher speeds. Other SUVs may outdo it in one or two areas, but few can match its overall package. The 2-row 2016 Chevy Trax is a solid choice in the subcompact SUV class. Unless you score an incredible deal, this machine is one you should just skip in favor of a competitor.2016 Chevrolet Trax Overview Is the 2016 Chevrolet Trax a Good Used SUV? In short, the Chevrolet Trax is a compact crossover with a lot of smart ideas and interesting design choices, but thanks to a underwhelming driving experience, subpar materials, and a price tag that’s a touch too high, this feels more like an Old GM mistake than on of the many New GM hits. I don’t necessarily think the Trax is a bad car, but its certainly not as good as it could be. And then there is the interior quality issues that further drag down what I think the machine is worth. The Jeep Compass, Mazda CX-3, Nissan Juke and Mitsubishi Outlander Sport all start within $500 of the Trax, and when you start adding in the options, the Trax usually sits on the wrong side of the dollar-per-upgrade formula. Option for option, the Trax is fairly evenly matched with its various competitors when it comes to the window sticker. It won’t excite you with its speed or telepathic nature, but it works well enough make sure you don’t notice it as an annoyance either.Īnd then we get to my largest sticking point about the Trax, and that is the price tag. Thankfully the six-speed automatic that is shuffling that power down to the wheels is an agreeable unit. ![]() Some cars like the new Honda HR-V (141 hp) barely best the little Chevy, but others like the Nissan Juke (188 hp) produce way more power. In fact, almost every major competitor holds a horsepower advantage over the Trax. While that power feels sporty in the Sonic, the extra few hundred pounds carried by the Trax means the engine performance falls merely into the “adequate” range. It produces 138 horsepower and 148 lb-ft of torque. Powering the Trax is the same 1.4-liter turbocharged four-cylinder that is available in the Sonic. It was very much a “look but don’t touch” cabin. Most of the dash feels cheap, the various panel gaps between storage doors and their surroundings are big enough to lose change through, and the cabin creaked and groaned over every major bump in the road. The interior looks good enough, and it demonstrates some smart ideas, but the execution and quality leave a lot to be desired. Sadly, that is where the love affair ends and the gripes begin. As someone who greatly appreciates the ability to keep organized on long road trips, I absolutely love the varied and intelligently designed storage spaces. I found no less than 13 different cubbies to stash stuff, and according to Chevrolet, I still missed two. One large bonus I do have to give to the Trax is storage places. The Trax, like almost every new GM product, also comes standard with 4G wifi built in, so you can make sure the kiddies have access to Netflix if you don’t feel like actually trying to entertain them yourself. The rest of the cabin is fairly plain and boring with the exception of the center stack, which houses the large 7-inch screen for the MyLink infotainment system. It makes the cabin seem more upscale than it is. The seats are a dual-material setup with cloth centers and leatherette edges. The gauge cluster uses the same motorcycle-inspired design as the Sonic, including the large round display coupled to the square LCD readout. Inside things get a bit better with a design that looks modern and interesting. ![]() I also explored the option of real light tables – the kind you can pull a chair up to as a separate piece of furniture – but they are way out of my budget range and they would take up permanent space. the lit surface is restricted to the area where the utility light is directed, so for larger projects, the design has to be shifted around to get the brightest light underneath it. it is hot – the utility light, if it’s on for any extended period of time, lets off a ton of heat 3. It is inconvenient to set up (but ok, I can live with inconvenience) 2. And that worked better, but it has disadvantages, too: 1. So I tested different “home made” approaches, including a “light table” using plexiglass and a clamp-on utility light. the total surface area is too small – it didn’t accommodate a full 8.5″ x 11″ piece of paper, even turned sideways. ![]() the height of the box (about 3″ high) made it awkward to sit and draw at it for any extended period of time 3. the lit surface is inconsistent, with the brightest part being right in the middle, and relatively small 2. Unfortunately, the little plastic craft light box that I bought years and years ago for a whopping total of $15 doesn’t always do the trick. Sure, there are other ways to transfer an embroidery design, but the quickest way (when it can be managed) is tracing. Tracing is an essential part of the drawing process, unless I start from scratch every time.Ī light box is a great aid to tracing, whether during the design process or during the whole embroidery design transfer process. I’ve drawn at least a dozen different monogram combinations, too. Over the last couple months, for example, I’ve transferred more than 52 monograms onto fabric by tracing. I do a lot of embroidery design transferring and embroidery design drawing. Yet I’ve invested in a new piece of equipment, and although originally I had no intention of writing about it, the Inordinate Infatuation I have with it compels me to write about it.Īnd, more to the point, it’s a Really Handy Piece of Equipment, especially if your primary way of transferring embroidery patterns is by tracing. When you think about it, does an embroiderer need a lot of equipment? Not really – needles, a hoop, some sharp scissors, and that about covers the basic needs relating to hand embroidery. Sometimes, when it comes to hand embroidery, equipment just complicates things. ![]() If you are using Windows 7 / 8 / 10 or macOS 10.12 (or higher), please use the current version of Native Access to automatically install the appropriate KONTAKT version. ![]() ![]() ![]() We owe it to the groups most affected to do all we can to get sport and physical activity up and running in all its forms.Īcross the whole academic year, boys (47% or 1.7m) remained more likely to be active than girls (43% or 1.5m), with a gap of 213,000. The pandemic has impacted us all in some way, but today’s report reminds us that it has not impacted everyone equally. Schools play a vital role in keeping young people active – both through physical education and by providing the facilities many clubs and groups rely on – and it’s imperative they’re in a position to facilitate physical activity the moment they can. ![]() The figures clearly demonstrate how important it will be to open facilities and encourage the return to play as soon as it’s safe to do so. Yet, while we are pleased to see the increase in more informal activities such as walking and cycling, which were possible during the periods of restriction, we can’t underestimate the long-term effect on other sporting activities both in and out of schoolĭeveloping children and young people’s physical literacy is essential in creating a positive and lifelong relationship with activity and without it many will not enjoy the health and social benefits associated with living active lives. We know the pandemic has had a huge impact on children and young people’s engagement in sport and physical activity and so it is encouraging to see so many still found ways to be active despite many popular activities being unavailable. Tim Hollingsworth, our chief executive, said great credit is due to the hard work of parents/carers and the physical activity sector but the challenges caused by the pandemic are fierce. The report also shows the restrictions, while impacting everyone, hit certain social groups harder than others with those from Black and Asian backgrounds were more impacted than those who are White. It also highlights the importance of ensuring sport and physical activity in and outside of school is back up and running as soon as it’s safe to do so. This means that, while in the short-term activity levels could largely be maintained, it’s possible there could be long-term consequences about how children feel about sport and activity. The lack of available choice also led to a significant drop in the physical literacy of our children and young people – which is made up of four elements: motivation (measured through enjoyment), confidence, competence plus knowledge and understanding. Not surprisingly, sporting activities (which include team sports and swimming) were hardest hit, down 16% with just over 1 million fewer children and young people taking part, whilst the biggest gains were found in walking, cycling and fitness. The numbers show children and young people were generally successful in adapting their habits to include new forms of exercise, however the types of activity they were able to do changed drastically. In the summer term, when some schools started to open again for more pupils in key year groups, the number of children and young people physically active fell by more than 100,000 (down 2.3% compared to the same period 12 months ago). As we were unable to collect data while schools were closed for most pupils during the first national lockdown – and as such are unable to report what was happening to children’s activity levels between March and early May – the survey represents the first period we’ve been able to reveal any impact restrictions designed to control the virus had on activity levels in children. ![]() Dust shrouds feature a plunging system that improves dust collection during. car dashboard, air vent, the sofa of the gap in the home, the blind angle, etc. brake 149 6142 4-1/2' angle grinder kit 124 MSX-636 Triangle Oscillating Sander. ![]() Enables a safer more positive grip of the tool Consider a grinder dust shroud, which collects dust for easy flush edge grinding.
